Demanding to be loved is a sure sign of neediness.
I think there can be a discipline of resilience to the need to have another\’s love, loving yourself instead as the centre of the mandala.
But just the narcissistic quality of it means, it\’s nice to have another as a mirror. Without having the fear of loss.
